Since launching MoonshotOS, I’ve had many meaningful conversations with leaders at every level—heads, associate heads, directors, assistant directors—you name it.

I’ve even surveyed leaders to understand how they’re developing the acumen needed for the business side of running a school and whether they see themselves as “aspiring leaders.”

Through these conversations and insights, I’ve built much of Moonshot Lab around the needs of today’s leaders.

But one question kept gnawing at me:

How can I support the broadest possible audience of leaders who want to grow their careers but worry about not having the necessary business skills to run a school?

This led to an idea.
